We are down to the wire finishing the final round of edits on our new book Psychic Intelligence! It is due to launch next June, 2011, and we are so excited. It will be probably be ready for pre-order this fall, so stay tuned! With our book Psychic Intelligence, we share our secrets for how you can develop your own intuitive gifts. We will also be featured in a new book coming out this year called Conversations With World Famous Psychic Mediums. We'll keep you apprised of the release date.

Interestingly, our life story seems to be inspiring some Hollywood heavyweights! "Hereafter" is the new Clint Eastwood movie starring Matt Damon as a reluctant psychic... with themes of psychic prophecy, mediumship, psychic twins, terrorist attacks, even a tsunami...hmmmm...this sounds oddly familiar...This is quite a departure from the films that Eastwood and writer Peter Morgan are known for. Morgan wrote the screenplays for "The Queen" and "Frost/Nixon." It is flattering, nonetheless. Eastwood's film, due out in October, sounds a lot like "Sixth Sense" meets The Psychic Twins!

MEDICAL INTUITION
The following is an excerpt from the first book by Terry and Linda Jamison, Separated at Earth: The Story of The Psychic Twins:

One of the psychic gifts we have developed over the years is the ability to discern, describe, and diagnose illness in others. This is known as "medical intuitive" work, a term popularized by author Carolyn Myss. We "read" the energy fields within and around the body, picking up specific information about energy blocks and imbalances that may be useful in enhancing a person's health and well-being. We jokingly say that we have this unique ability due to having suffered so many illnesses ourselves! But a lifetime of seeking out alternative therapies and calling on our psychic guides helped us to hone an innate intuitive talent.

Years ago, early in our career, we did a reading for a pretty young 28-year-old woman we'll call "Jenna." She was the picture of health, blonde with pink rosy cheeks and a bubbly personality. As we tuned in and began psychically scanning her body, we were both surprised to find ourselves writing that she in fact would be dealing with breast cancer within a short period of time. Jenna was in disbelief when we told her this, because she was so young and had no family history of cancer. She had also recently changed her career course and was starting college classes to become a physician's assistant. Fortunately, Jenna took the prediction seriously and decided to go for a mammogram to see if we were right. Sure enough, she was diagnosed with 4th stage breast cancer, and underwent a radical mastectomy. She later called to thank us, saying that if we had not warned her about the cancer, she never would have gotten a checkup, and most likely would have died.

We once told a nice lady we'll call "Margie" that she should have her gynecologist check her for ovarian cysts. She went for a check-up, and her doctor pronounced her to be healthy. She immediately protested, "No, there are cysts--you must check again." When he asked how she knew this to be true, she said, "The Psychic Twins told me. Please check again!" Her gynecologist eyed her with suspicion and said, "You're an intelligent woman-I am surprised that you believe in that psychic nonsense." Margie convinced him to re-examine her-- this time with an ultrasound device-- and to his astonishment, found that we were absolutely right. He had overlooked her ovarian cysts and she had surgery soon after--just in time!

Another client "Dani" arrived for a consultation, and was visibly distraught. Using our automatic writing, we quickly determined that she had a rare form of cancer, and had recently undergone surgery. "You are right, I have a rare liposarcoma (cancer), and I had one of my kidneys removed, but the doctors gave me only a few months to live." Dani started to cry. "My friends can't believe this is happening to me."

We scanned her etheric body, and felt strongly that she would defy the odds and go into remission. We did some energy healing on Dani, and urged her to do daily visualization, to see the tumor bathed alternately in green and violet healing light. By focusing on the healing and dissolving of the cancer, she would have a strong chance of overcoming this difficult illness. "Focus on what you want to see happen, instead of what you are afraid of happening," we told her. "It will require pulling something powerful out of your life, really developing your faith."

"But the statistics are not in my favor," Dani protested.

"Don't buy into the statistics. We see a clean bill of health by June, and we don't see another surgery," Terry said firmly. We coached her not to pay attention to the negativity and fear of those around her, passively accepting a bleak prognosis.

"Just because your doctors and friends are negative," Linda told her," it doesn't mean you can't create a miracle." We counseled her on many different techniques, meditations, and dietary changes that could support her healing, as well as creative tools such as painting and journal writing.

Two months later, we heard from a friend of Dani's that her cancer had gone into total remission, shocking all the doctors! We live in a society where it is easy to find agreement about the hopelessness of illness, especially cancer. It is crucial that we challenge our deeply ingrained beliefs about what is possible, to demonstrate amazing and even miraculous results in our lives. We are all capable of so much more than we have been taught to believe. Illness demands that one begin to look within, to develop new habits of thought and action. It requires us to develop a new kind of consciousness.

Forgiveness and self-love are extremely important in the healing process. Achieving this may be more difficult than we think. But we can begin by asking "what is the lesson here for me?" Often illness holds a spiritual teaching for us, or shines a light on an emotion we have held for too long, such as anger or grief. Sometimes it can be helpful to release old feelings through a ritual such as burning letters or photographs that are holding us in the past. "Spirit, I am now free. I do not need these feelings anymore."
